Strengths & Risks of Qualiance International IPO
Strong Export-Oriented Business: The Company has a highly export-focused business model, with exports contributing 98.82% of revenue from operations in Fiscal 2026.
Presence Across International Markets: Qualiance International serves customers across Europe and North America, including government, institutional and international brand clients.
Specialized Technical Garment Manufacturing: The Company has expertise in manufacturing performance and technical garments, supported by specialized processes such as seam sealing, bonded construction, ultrasonic welding, laser cutting and lamination.
Diverse Product Portfolio: Its product range covers military uniforms, tactical outerwear, high-visibility workwear, protective workwear, police and border patrol uniforms, weather-resistant garments and performance activewear.
International Certifications: The Company holds multiple quality, safety and sustainability certifications, including ISO, SA 8000, GOTS and GRS certifications, along with SEDEX SMETA audit compliance.
High Dependence on Export Markets: A substantial portion of the Company's revenue comes from exports, making its business exposed to changes in international demand, foreign exchange movements, geopolitical conditions and regulations in overseas markets.
Customer and Market Concentration: The Company's business is focused on specific international markets and institutional, government and brand customers. Any reduction in orders or loss of significant customers could affect its financial performance.
Dependence on Manufacturing Operations: The Company relies on its manufacturing facility in Tiruppur for production. Operational disruptions, supply-chain issues, labour availability or other manufacturing challenges could negatively affect business operations.
Expansion Execution Risk: The IPO proceeds are largely intended for establishing a new manufacturing facility. Delays, cost overruns or difficulties in executing the expansion plan could affect the expected benefits from the investment.
SME Listing Risks: As an NSE SME-listed company, the shares may have lower liquidity compared with companies listed on the main board. Investors may therefore face greater difficulty buying or selling shares at their preferred price.
