The company offers a diverse range of traditional and contemporary jewellery, including rings, necklaces, earrings, bangles and customised ornaments. Its product portfolio includes specialised products such as Vaddanam, CNC machine-cut bangles, gents kada, vanky, dandpatti, gundlamala haaram, kangan, mangtika, maatil, champasaralu, jada and rings.
The company has a strong presence in the southern Indian market and has established relationships with jewellery retail chains and standalone stores. As of July 31, 2026, its customer network covered 13 states and 1 union territory, with 373 customers comprising 47 jewellery retail chains and 326 standalone stores. The company had 16 product categories and 110 SKUs as of the same date.
Deepa Jewellers also uses a third-party mobile application, “Deepa Jewellers Limited”, commissioned in June 2021, to enhance brand visibility and allow customers to view high-resolution images of selected jewellery designs remotely.
