Prasol Chemicals Ltd., incorporated in 1992, is a specialty chemicals manufacturer with a diversified portfolio of more than 150 products. The company manufactures 21 acetone-based chemicals, 53 phosphorous-based chemicals and 76 other specialty chemicals, including surfactants, esters and acids. Its products cater to multiple industries such as performance chemicals, paints, inks, construction and adhesives, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and home and personal care. Prasol Chemicals operates two manufacturing facilities at Khopoli and Mahad with an aggregate production capacity of 98,644 MT per year. As of July 31, 2026, the company served around 1,600 customers and exported its products to 69 countries. It is recognised as a 3 Star Export House by the Government of India and has a global distribution network across APAC, North and South America, and Europe. Its customer base includes established companies such as Alembic Pharmaceuticals, Lubrizol India, Rossari Biotech, Clean Science, Gharda Chemicals, Croda India, Supriya Lifescience and Yasho Industries. The company also has established R&D capabilities focused on product innovation and expanding its specialty chemical product portfolio.
