Incorporated in 2017, Rays of Belief Ltd. is a for-profit social enterprise focused on providing personalised intervention plans for children with neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs). The company operates under the Mom's Belief brand and caters to children with conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability, Learning Disabilities and Global Developmental Delays. It started its first centre in Gurgaon in 2018 and has expanded its network to 136 centres across 57 cities and 20 states and union territories as of March 31, 2026. Its network includes 42 Tier 1, 77 Tier 2 and 17 Tier 3 centres, giving the company a presence across both major cities and underserved markets.
The company primarily serves children between 18 months and 12 years, while certain specialised programmes are available for children up to 15 years. Its services cover early intervention, occupational therapy, language therapy, parental guidance and family support programmes. The centres use more than 150 teaching tools, while home-based learning kits provide access to over 2,000 teaching tools. As of March 31, 2026, Rays of Belief had more than 340 full-time clinical professionals. The company also expanded its international presence in June 2025 through the acquisition of Mom's Belief US, Inc. and Allergy and Immunology Virginia, LLC, adding three centres in Virginia, US.
Established Mom's Belief Network: Rays of Belief has built a sizeable network of centres under the Mom's Belief brand, providing developmental care across multiple locations in India.
Presence Across Tier 2 and Tier 3 Cities: With 77 Tier 2 and 17 Tier 3 centres, the company has developed a presence beyond major urban markets and serves customers across a wider geographic base.
Multidisciplinary Approach: The company's services combine early intervention, occupational therapy, language therapy, parental guidance and family support, enabling it to address different aspects of developmental care.
Experienced Professional Team: The company had more than 340 full-time clinical professionals as of March 31, 2026, supporting its centre-based and intervention programmes.
Improving Operating Profitability: EBITDA increased considerably from Rs. 3.02 crore in FY2025 to Rs. 11.91 crore in FY2026, while the EBITDA margin improved from 8.28% to 14.59%.
Decline in PAT: Despite strong growth in total income, profit after tax declined from Rs. 5.88 crore in FY2025 to Rs. 4.96 crore in FY2026. This indicates that revenue growth has not translated proportionately into bottom-line growth.
Pressure on PAT Margin: The PAT margin decreased from 16.15% in FY2025 to 6.07% in FY2026. Continued margin pressure could affect the company's ability to convert its expanding revenue base into profits.
High Valuation: At the upper end of the IPO price band, the company's post-issue P/E is approximately 100.84 times. This valuation leaves relatively high expectations for future earnings growth.
Execution Risk From Rapid Expansion: Managing 136 centres across 57 cities requires significant operational coordination. Further expansion could increase the complexity of maintaining consistent service quality, staffing and centre-level performance.
Dependence on Skilled Professionals: The company's services rely on trained clinical professionals and specialised staff. Challenges in recruiting, training or retaining qualified personnel could affect the delivery and scalability of its programmes.
