Incorporated in August 2019, Swastika Infra Limited is an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company focused on power transmission and distribution infrastructure. The company provides turnkey solutions that cover procurement, erection, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical infrastructure. Its project portfolio includes underground cabling, Gas Insulated Substations (GIS), Air Insulated Substations (AIS), grid substations, rural and urban electrification, street lighting and renewable energy projects. It also undertakes the installation of power transformers, circuit breakers, ring main units and other equipment used in power distribution networks.
As of July 31, 2026, Swastika Infra had completed 36 EPC power projects across six states, covering 18,579.47 km of distribution lines with an aggregate contract value of Rs. 7,646.7 crore. The company had 18 ongoing EPC power projects with an aggregate order value of Rs. 2,036.65 crore. Its client base includes several government power utilities, while some projects are supported by the World Bank and the Ministry of Power, Government of India.
The company operates through an asset-light model in which erection activities are generally carried out through third-party contractors, while procurement is managed centrally. Project engineers and managers handle project execution, quality control, technical specifications and timelines. As of July 31, 2026, the company had 182 full-time employees, including 65 engineers and technicians and 52 project execution supervisors and other personnel.
