LEAP India Ltd. was incorporated in 2013 and is one of India's leading supply chain asset pooling and logistics solutions companies. The company provides sustainable and technology-enabled services such as pallet pooling, reusable containers, material handling equipment (MHE), articulated forklifts, VNA forklifts, inventory management, transportation, and repair & maintenance services. Its business model helps companies reduce logistics costs while improving operational efficiency through shared supply chain assets.
The company serves more than 1,000 customers across industries including FMCG, food & beverage, e-commerce, quick commerce, third-party logistics (3PL), automotive, industrial manufacturing, and consumer durables. Its client portfolio includes well-known companies such as Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, Marico, Daikin, Panasonic, and Toll India Logistics. In 2023, global investment firm KKR acquired a majority stake in LEAP India, strengthening the company's long-term growth strategy and infrastructure expansion.
LEAP India follows an ESG-focused business approach by promoting reusable logistics assets, responsible sourcing, and sustainable supply chain practices. As of March 31, 2026, the company had 419 permanent employees along with more than 2,000 MHE operators supporting its nationwide operations. Financially, the company delivered strong growth in FY2026, with total income increasing to Rs. 747.36 crore and PAT rising to Rs. 62.34 crore.
Market Leader in Asset Pooling: LEAP India is India's largest on-demand supply chain asset pooling company, operating in a niche industry with high entry barriers and strong long-term growth potential.
Diversified Customer Base: The company serves more than 1,000 customers across FMCG, e-commerce, logistics, automotive, industrial, and consumer durable sectors, reducing dependence on a single industry.
Strong Financial Performance: LEAP India reported healthy financial growth in FY2026, with significant increases in revenue, EBITDA, and profit after tax, reflecting improving operational efficiency.
Sustainable Business Model: Its reusable pallets, containers, and returnable packaging solutions support cost-efficient and environmentally sustainable supply chain operations.
Strong Institutional Backing: The company is backed by global investment firm KKR, which strengthens its financial position and supports long-term business expansion.
High Debt Levels: Despite the planned repayment, LEAP India continues to carry a sizeable borrowing burden, which could impact profitability if debt remains elevated.
Industry Demand Risk: Demand for the company's services is closely linked to manufacturing, logistics, and retail activity. Any slowdown in these sectors may affect business growth.
Customer Concentration: The company generates a significant portion of its revenue from corporate clients, making customer retention important for sustained performance.
Capital-Intensive Operations: The business requires continuous investment in pallets, containers, forklifts, and other logistics assets, leading to ongoing capital expenditure requirements.
Premium IPO Valuation: The IPO is offered at a relatively high earnings multiple, which may limit near-term valuation upside if future growth does not meet market expectations.
