Knack Packaging Ltd., incorporated in 2013, is an integrated packaging solutions company specializing in innovative, export-oriented, and sustainable packaging products. The company manufactures Printed and Laminated Woven Polypropylene (PLWPP) bags, including pinch bottom bags, gusset bags, block bottom bags, and retail shopping bags. These packaging solutions are widely used across industries such as food, agriculture, fertilizers, pet food, cement, chemicals, detergents, minerals, and construction materials.
The company has built a strong domestic and international presence, serving customers in over 68 countries. Its client portfolio includes reputed companies such as Baba Agro Food Limited, Drools Pet Food Private Limited, KRBL Limited, DCM Shriram Limited, Cargill, Cristo S.A., and Repi Soap and Detergent PLC. Knack Packaging also operates an in-house printing facility that offers complete design and cylinder development services, enabling customized packaging solutions.
As of May 31, 2026, the company had developed more than 73,000 printing cylinders, managed over 13,379 SKUs, maintained a warehouse spread across 92,065.47 sq. ft., and served more than 1,950 customers globally. In Fiscal 2025, Knack Packaging held approximately 10.1% of the Indian flexible bulk PLWPP bag market, highlighting its strong position in the industry.
Integrated Manufacturing Capabilities: Knack Packaging operates an end-to-end manufacturing process, including in-house printing, design, and cylinder development. This enables the company to deliver customized packaging solutions while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.
Strong Global Presence: The company exports its products to more than 68 countries and serves a diversified customer base across industries such as food, agriculture, pet food, chemicals, cement, and construction, reducing dependence on any single market.
Diversified Customer Portfolio: Knack Packaging has established long-term relationships with several reputed Indian and international companies. Its broad customer base supports stable business growth and recurring demand.
Consistent Financial Growth: The company has reported steady growth in revenue and profitability over recent years. Between FY2025 and FY2026, total income increased by approximately 13%, while Profit After Tax (PAT) grew by around 26%, reflecting improving operational performance.
Dependence on Export Markets: A significant share of the company's revenue comes from exports. Any slowdown in global demand, changes in international trade policies, or currency fluctuations could affect business performance.
Raw Material Price Volatility: The company uses polymer-based raw materials, whose prices can fluctuate due to changes in crude oil prices and supply conditions. Higher input costs may impact profit margins.
Competitive Industry: The packaging industry is highly competitive, with several domestic and international players. Increased competition could put pressure on pricing and market share.
Execution Risk: The company's future growth depends partly on the successful completion and operation of its new manufacturing facility. Any delay or cost overrun could impact expected returns.
