Sri Priyanka Geo Commex Limited is a diversified commodity-focused company engaged in the trading and supply of critical minerals and the manufacturing of rice bran oil products. The company operates through two key business segments: Critical Minerals and Rice Bran Oil. Its critical minerals business includes the trading of Barite, Fluorspar, and Copper Cathode, serving both domestic and international markets. The company conducts its international mineral operations through its Singapore-based subsidiary Geo Min Commodities Pte. Ltd. and its Morocco-based step-down subsidiary Atlas Resources International. It also procures copper cathodes from Chile and supplies them through its global distribution network. The company’s rice bran oil division operates a manufacturing facility in Andhra Pradesh with an annual processing capacity of 60,000 MT for solvent extraction and 15,000 MT for oil refining. In addition to rice bran oil, the company also produces value-added by-products such as de-oiled rice bran, gums, and wax. During FY2025, Sri Priyanka Geo Commex sold its products across 7 Indian states and 5 international markets, demonstrating its growing domestic and global presence.
