Indo-MIM Ltd., incorporated in 1996, is a leading global manufacturer of precision engineering components using Metal Injection Molding (MIM) technology. The company provides end-to-end manufacturing solutions, including product design, tooling, molding, machining, finishing, and assembly for customers across multiple industries.
Over the years, Indo-MIM has expanded its capabilities beyond MIM to include investment casting, precision machining, ceramic injection molding, and 3D metal printing. Its products are widely used in automotive, defence, medical, aerospace, and consumer industries. During FY2026, the company manufactured more than 6,400 products and served over 1,100 customers worldwide. Indo-MIM operates 15 manufacturing facilities across India, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Mexico, while maintaining sales offices in China, Germany, and the US. The company is recognized for having one of the world's largest installed MIM manufacturing capacities and has built long-term relationships with global OEMs through its diversified product portfolio and export-focused business model.
Global Leadership in MIM Technology: Indo-MIM is one of the world's leading manufacturers of precision engineering components using Metal Injection Molding technology, supported by one of the largest installed MIM production capacities globally.
Diversified Industry Presence: The company serves multiple sectors including automotive, aerospace, defence, medical, and consumer products, reducing dependence on any single industry.
Strong Global Customer Base: With over 1,100 customers and sales operations across North America, Europe, and Asia, Indo-MIM has established long-term relationships with several global OEMs.
Advanced Manufacturing Capabilities: Apart from MIM, the company offers investment casting, precision machining, ceramic injection molding, and 3D metal printing, providing comprehensive engineering solutions.
Consistent Financial Growth: The company has delivered healthy growth in revenue and profitability, with FY2026 revenue increasing by around 28% and PAT growing by approximately 26% compared to FY2025.
High Dependence on Export Markets: A significant share of the company's revenue comes from international markets, making it vulnerable to global economic slowdowns, currency fluctuations, and trade policy changes.
Exposure to Cyclical Industries: Demand from automotive, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing sectors can fluctuate with economic conditions, potentially impacting business performance.
Customer Concentration Risk: A large portion of revenue is generated from OEM customers. The loss of key customers or lower order volumes could affect future earnings.
Technology and Execution Risk: The business relies on advanced manufacturing processes that require continuous investment in technology, skilled manpower, and operational efficiency to remain competitive.
Valuation Risk: The IPO is priced at a relatively premium valuation compared to several manufacturing companies, which may limit listing gains if market sentiment weakens.
