ArMee Infotech Limited, founded in 2003 and headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is an IT infrastructure solutions and managed services company operating as part of the ArMee Group. The company provides technology-related solutions to government organisations, corporates, BFSI institutions and educational institutions. Its business covers IT hardware and software supply, system installation and integration, maintenance, technical manpower, training and annual maintenance services. Over time, the company has also expanded into retail sales and renewable energy, including solar EPC projects, solar power projects under Power Purchase Agreements and Battery Energy Storage System projects.
As of June 30, 2026, ArMee Infotech had 99 ongoing projects across its different business segments. The company had a workforce of 263 employees, including 219 skilled and semi-skilled technical personnel, while it also engaged 1,648 contractual employees. Its project presence is spread across several Indian states, with a significant concentration in Gujarat. The company has developed experience in handling projects for government and PSU clients and serves customers across multiple sectors. Its financial performance also shows growth in revenue and EBITDA, while net worth increased from Rs. 95.18 crore in FY2024 to Rs. 182.18 crore in FY2026.
Established Presence in IT Infrastructure and Managed Services: ArMee Infotech has been operating in the technology infrastructure and managed services space since 2003. Its experience includes supplying and maintaining IT hardware and software, system integration, technical manpower, training and annual maintenance services.
Experience with Government and PSU Projects: The company has a track record of executing projects for government and PSU clients. The IPO proceeds include Rs. 155 crore earmarked for expanding the business by procuring new government and PSU projects, which could increase the company's project base if successfully executed.
Diversified Business Segments: Apart from its core IT infrastructure business, ArMee Infotech operates in IT managed services, retail sales and renewable energy. Its renewable energy activities include solar EPC, solar power projects and BESS projects, giving the company exposure to additional business segments.
Large Ongoing Project Portfolio: As of June 30, 2026, the company had 99 ongoing projects. These included 65 IT infrastructure projects, 21 IT managed services projects, 10 renewable energy EPC projects, one renewable energy PPA project and two renewable energy BESS projects.
High Geographic Concentration: A significant portion of the company's ongoing projects is concentrated in Gujarat. Out of 99 ongoing projects as of June 30, 2026, 74 were located in Gujarat. Such geographic concentration can expose the business to regional project cycles, customer concentration and changes in local market conditions.
Increase in Borrowings: The company's total borrowings increased substantially from Rs. 27.26 crore in FY2024 to Rs. 174.36 crore in FY2026. Although Rs. 6.50 crore from the IPO proceeds is proposed to be used for repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings, investors should consider the company's debt position and associated financing costs.
Low Profit Margin: For FY2026, the company reported a PAT margin of 3.26% and an EBITDA margin of 5.42%. This indicates that a relatively small portion of revenue is converted into operating profit and net profit, making profitability sensitive to changes in project costs, expenses and pricing.
Valuation After the IPO: At the upper end of the price band, the post-issue P/E is stated at 26.17 times, compared with 19.57 times on a pre-IPO basis. The post-issue valuation therefore needs to be assessed against the company's earnings growth, profitability, debt position and comparable companies in the sector.
Dependence on Project Execution: A substantial part of the company's business involves project-based activities. Delays in project execution, changes in project requirements, cost increases or delays in receiving payments can affect revenue recognition, working capital requirements and profitability.
