Nityas Gems & Jewellery Limited, incorporated in April 2022, is engaged in the design, manufacturing and sale of lab-grown diamond studded gold jewellery in India. The company operates across both business-to-business (B2B) and direct-to-consumer (D2C) segments. Its B2B operations include manufacturing and supplying jewellery to organised retailers, standalone retailers and wholesalers, while its D2C presence is operated through its subsidiary, Ayaani Diamonds and Jewellery Private Limited. This integrated model allows the company to participate across multiple stages of the jewellery value chain, from sourcing raw materials and designing products to manufacturing, quality control, distribution and retail.
The company offers a wide range of lab-grown diamond studded gold jewellery, including rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, mangalsutras, nose pins, necklaces, cufflinks and bangles. Its product range is designed for daily wear, special occasions, men's jewellery and customised requirements, with an emphasis on lightweight and affordable jewellery. In the B2B segment, Nityas Gems & Jewellery serves customers such as GIVA, Palmonas, ONYA and Ladia Diamonds, along with other retailers and wholesalers. The company provides jewellery based on its own designs as well as specifications provided by customers, including requirements related to purity, weight, design and finishing.
Strong Revenue and Profit Growth: The company has reported significant growth in its recent financial performance. Total income increased from Rs. 53.66 crore in FY2024 to Rs. 96.85 crore in FY2025 and further to Rs. 203.33 crore in FY2026. Profit after tax also increased from Rs. 4.02 crore to Rs. 9.79 crore and then to Rs. 22.32 crore over the same period.
Exposure to Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery: Nityas Gems & Jewellery is focused on lab-grown diamond studded gold jewellery, giving it exposure to a segment that is developing within the broader jewellery market. Its product portfolio covers several jewellery categories and targets daily wear, occasions, men's jewellery and customised requirements.
Integrated Manufacturing Capabilities: The company's Surat facility supports designing, prototyping and manufacturing activities. The presence of in-house designers, karigars and quality-control personnel provides the company with internal capabilities across important stages of jewellery production.
B2B and D2C Business Model: The company operates through both B2B and D2C channels. Its B2B operations cater to retailers and wholesalers, while the D2C business through Ayaani provides access to end consumers through an online platform and physical stores.
Diversified Geographic Presence: The company supplies jewellery across 18 states and 2 Union Territories in India and also has customers in markets including the UAE, Australia, Canada, Taiwan and Kenya. This geographic spread provides multiple markets for its products.
Dependence on Jewellery Market Demand: The company's revenue is dependent on demand for jewellery products, including lab-grown diamond studded gold jewellery. Changes in consumer preferences, spending patterns or broader jewellery market conditions could affect sales and business performance.
Working Capital Requirements: A significant portion of the IPO proceeds is proposed to be used for working capital. Jewellery manufacturing and distribution can require substantial funds for inventory and day-to-day operations. Any increase in working capital requirements beyond expectations could affect the company's financial resources.
Customer Concentration Risk: The company has relationships with several notable B2B customers, but its business performance can still be affected if important customers reduce orders, change suppliers or alter their procurement requirements.
Competition in Jewellery Industry: Nityas Gems & Jewellery operates in a competitive jewellery market that includes established jewellery companies, manufacturers, retailers and other businesses involved in lab-grown diamond jewellery. Competitive pressure can affect pricing, margins and the company's ability to expand its market presence.
Dependence on Lab-Grown Diamond Segment: A significant part of the company's business is focused on lab-grown diamond studded jewellery. Changes in consumer acceptance, pricing, technology, industry dynamics or competitive conditions within this segment could influence the company's future performance.
