The Denta Water IPO received an excellent response by the start of Day 3, being oversubscribed 90.65 times. The Non-Institutional Investors (NII) category led the way with a subscription of 263.26 times, followed by the Retail Individual Investors (RII) at 62.35 times, and the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) at 10.71 times.

The Denta Water IPO received a strong investor response on Day 2, being oversubscribed 50.9 times by the end of the day. Founded in 2016, Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd specializes in water and infrastructure solutions. The company’s core operations include the design, installation, and commissioning of water management infrastructure projects, with particular expertise in groundwater recharge (GWR) projects. Additionally, Denta Water is involved in construction projects for railways and highways.

Denta Water stands out as one of the few companies in India with proven experience in executing groundwater recharge projects using recycled water.

The company primarily works on projects awarded by state and central governments through a competitive bidding process. To date, it has successfully completed 32 projects for the Karnataka government related to water management infrastructure and is currently executing 17 ongoing projects in various stages of implementation.

Denta Water’s order book is heavily focused on groundwater recharge projects in Karnataka. The company has built a strong foundation with its engineering expertise and capability in designing and implementing GWR projects.

Looking ahead, the company aims to diversify and expand its footprint into other states, including Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Uttar Pradesh, beyond its current operations in Karnataka.

Financial Overview

The company’s revenue from operations has grown consistently between FY 2022 and FY 2024. 

Profit After Tax and EBITDA have shown a good trajectory of growth over the last fiscal. Key ratios ROE and ROCE are healthy.
