Pace Digitek Ltd, incorporated in 2007, is a multi-disciplinary solutions provider primarily engaged in the telecom infrastructure industry. The company operates across three major business verticals – Telecom, Energy, and ICT (Information, Communication & Technology).
In the Telecom sector, the company manufactures passive telecom equipment, provides O&M services for telecom towers, executes turnkey projects such as tower erection, and develops OFC networks.
In the Energy vertical, Pace Digitek undertakes solar energy projects under the BOO model, solarization of telecom towers, rural electrification projects, and manufacturing of lithium-ion battery systems for telecom energy storage.
In the ICT segment, the company focuses on smart solutions like surveillance systems, smart classrooms, and agricultural kiosks.
The company operates two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Bengaluru, specializing in telecom infrastructure equipment and lithium-ion batteries. As of July 31, 2025, it employs 1,513 permanent staff members. Through its subsidiary, Lineage Power Pvt. Ltd, Pace Digitek also offers power management and hybrid DC power systems.
Integrated Solutions Provider: Pace Digitek offers end-to-end services in the telecom tower industry, from equipment manufacturing to turnkey project execution.
Diversified Business Model: The company operates across telecom, energy, and ICT segments, which reduces dependency on a single sector.
Strong Financial Track Record: With consistent revenue performance and a 21% growth in profit after tax in FY25, the company has demonstrated stable growth.
Advanced Manufacturing Facilities: Two state-of-the-art units in Bengaluru enhance efficiency and production capacity.
Experienced Promoters: The business is backed by promoters and senior management with deep industry knowledge and proven expertise.
Sector Dependence: A significant portion of business comes from the telecom industry, making it vulnerable to sector-specific risks.
Equity Dilution: Promoter holding will decline to 69.50% post-issue from 84.07%, which reduces their overall control.
Project-Based Revenue: Heavy reliance on government and corporate contracts exposes the company to risks of delays and cancellations.
High Competition: The company faces intense competition from well-established players in telecom and energy infrastructure.
Rising Input Costs: Any increase in raw material prices may put pressure on profit margins.
