E to E Transportation Infrastructure Limited was incorporated in 2010 and is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company providing end-to-end system integration and engineering solutions for the railway sector. The company operates across mainline railways, metro projects, and private sidings, offering services such as signaling and telecommunications, overhead electrification, track projects, and turnkey system integration.
It has executed projects for Indian Railways, metro rail corporations, PSU clients, private industrial sidings, and select international customers. As of September 30, 2025, the company had an order book of approximately Rs. 401.10 crore across 50 ongoing contracts, supported by a skilled workforce of 353 full-time employees.
Diversified Project Execution: The company has experience across railways, metro rail systems, and private siding projects. This diversified project mix helps reduce dependency on any single segment and supports stable business growth.
Strong and Visible Order Book: With an order book of over Rs. 401 crore, the company enjoys healthy revenue visibility for the coming years, providing confidence in future project execution and cash flow generation.
Experienced Management and Skilled Workforce: The company is led by an experienced management team and supported by a technically trained workforce, which strengthens execution capability and project delivery efficiency.
Established Government and PSU Client Base: E to E Transportation Infrastructure has successfully executed projects for Indian Railways, metro corporations, and PSUs, enhancing its credibility and repeat business potential.
Consistent Financial Performance: The company has shown steady growth in revenue and profitability over recent financial years, supported by improving operational efficiency and margins.
Short-Term Earnings Volatility: The company reported losses in H1 FY26, which may raise concerns regarding short-term profitability and financial consistency.
High Working Capital Requirement: Infrastructure and railway projects typically require significant working capital, which may impact cash flows and increase reliance on borrowings.
Dependence on Government Contracts: A major portion of revenue comes from government and PSU projects, making the business sensitive to policy changes, delays, and budget allocations.
SME Listing Liquidity Risk: Since the IPO is listed on NSE SME, post-listing liquidity may be lower compared to mainboard stocks, which could affect ease of exit for investors.
