Bank of India Investment Managers Private Limited (Formerly BOI Star Investment Managers Private Limited) (Formerly BOI AXA Investment Managers Private Limited) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of India. Bank of India is a nationalised bank with 5100+ branches all over India. Bank of India acquired 51% stake in Bharti AXA mutual fund in 2012 and, later acquired the remaining stake as well. The AMC has 18 years of experience managing assets for their investors. Bank of India Mutual Fund holds a portfolio of 17 diversified Mutual Fund Schemes with 4 lakhs+ investors and AUM of Rs. 9,055 Cr as on June 30, 2024. The AMC’s has 12 branches across India to serve its investor base.
