Do I need to maintain any monthly targets?

No. There are no fixed targets. You grow at your own pace, with full flexibility.

Can I refer clients from anywhere in India?

Yes! Rupeezy operates pan-India. You can onboard clients from any location digitally.

What products can I offer to my clients?

Your clients get access to a full range of investment products—stocks, IPOs, F&O, commodities, ETFs, MTF, T+5 margin trading, and more. They also get access to mutual funds and SIPs. To earn commissions on these, you will need to register separately as an MFD.

Is there a limit to the number of clients I can onboard?

No limits at all. Onboard as many clients as you want—there's no cap on client count or your earnings.

What is the ₹2,499/month Subscription Fee and how is it charged?

The monthly platform subscription fee of ₹2,499 is automatically adjusted from your brokerage earnings — you do not need to pay it upfront. This fee covers up to 50 client accounts under your AP code. Illustrative Example: If your monthly brokerage income is ₹1,00,000 from 1-50 clients, the fee of ₹2,499 is auto-deducted. Your final payout will be ₹97,501.

In what cases can Rupeezy discontinue or modify the referral model?

Rupeezy is committed to maintaining transparency and compliance for all partners. In rare situations, the referral model may be reviewed or discontinued, such as: When there is no active or verified referral activity for over 30 days. When any referral or client acquisition is found to be invalid, incomplete, or non-compliant with program policies. When a Referral Partner/AP is found in breach of the program terms or representing the Rupeezy brand inaccurately. When changes are required to align with SEBI or other regulatory authority guidelines.

Q: Who can become a Rupeezy Authorized Person?

Anyone with a passion for finance and a drive to grow, be it a mutual fund distributor, financial advisor, financial influencer, part-time trader or full-time professional. No prior experience required, the person should be 12th passed.

Q: Is there any joining fee?

No. Rupeezy's AP program starts with zero joining fee. There are the only registration charges by the NSE. Our subscription fee starting at Rs 2.5K can be deducted from the commissions earned.

Q: What is the difference between an Authorized Person and a Sub-Broker?

They are functionally similar. Authorized Person (AP) is the SEBI-approved model that replaced the sub-broker system after 2009. Rupeezy follows this updated, compliant model.

Q: How do I earn as an AP?

You earn 100% of the brokerage generated by your referred clients. The more your clients trade or invest, the more you earn.

Q: When and how do I receive payouts?

Payouts are processed daily and can be instantly withdrawn via the RISE Portal.
